Planting Churches. Strengthening Leaders.
No model to follow—only a community who understand where you are and care deeply about where you’re headed.
With all of the information, strategies, and models out there, it’s easy for church planters and pastors to lose direction or feel like you need to do things the same way others are in hopes for similar outcomes. But people are different, and context matters.
We believe the following values represent the kind of culture we need to embody to execute our purpose in planting churches and strengthening leaders.
We ensure the gospel is the theological center for our leadership, preaching, and churches.
We provide intentional opportunities for church leaders to build deep and lasting friendships.
We provide supplemental care and crisis intervention for pastors and church leaders.
We engage church leaders in the development of the network with church planting, leadership training, and pastoral care.
We create models and methods for church planting and training that scale and adjust to context and culture.
We promote team leadership as a matter of conviction, and we provide tools that equip elder teams to evaluate themselves and grow in health.
We actively serve, learn from, and partner with ministries outside ourselves because our heart is for gospel expansion.
