Timeline

Dream Stage (24-36 months) - I feel called to plant a church but see that it will be 2-3+ years from now. Infancy Stage (12-18 months) - I have begun to move forward in my plans to plant (i.e. establishing prayer support and recruiting people to the plant etc...). Core Group Stage (6-12 months) - I have a gathering of adults who are committed to my church plant (i.e. adults who are committed and excited about the church plant and willing to serve and give financially toward the plant; around 10-35 adults). Launch Stage (0-6 months) - I have 45+ core group members and we are moving toward publicly launching our church plant in the near future. Small Church - We are several months into our church plant and are seeing growth and momentum in reaching our community. We have 75+ attendees on Sunday.

GCC commits to the mission of strengthening church leaders and the development of future church planters through leadership training, leader care, and intentional relationships. We primarily do that through future leaders and church planters integrating within current GCC churches for a season of ministry experience.
